Our philosophy is to provide quality care that enhances every resident’s life, respects their
individuality, and encourages their independence in an environment

Do I furnish my
apartment?
Yes!
Our large, private studio apartments include a kitchenette
and dining space, living area, bedroom area, and spacious bathroom
and walk-in shower. Residents are encouraged to bring all their favorite
furnishings from home.
Visit our furnished model unit to get ideas of how you can decorate and furnish your new home!

Do you have short term
stays for rehabilitation and/or family respite?
Yes! We make accommodation
for short term stays for a number of reasons, including
rehabilitation from illness, family care giver vacations, or just to
let a resident get a feel for life at Arbor Village.
As an added convenience, we furnish your apartment for our short-term
residents. Call for more information about our “Respite
Program”.

For lower income
residents, is funding from outside sources available for helping pay
for Arbor Village of Geneva Crossing?
Yes!
We are lucky to have a limited number of units
available at a discounted rent rate through our financing with
the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority.
Additionally, you may be eligible for funding through
Walworth County or the county you currently reside. We can help put you in contact with area county
officials that can determine your eligibility for additional
funding.

How do you work with a
resident’s current health care professionals, i.e. doctors,
pharmacists, etc?
Make
an appointment to visit our Marketing Director and learn
more about us. She will be able to answer many of your personal,
detailed questions.
Upon your admittance, we
develop with the resident and their family a “Resident Care
Plan”, updated as needed, that includes working closely with your
health care professionals to insure many aspects of a resident’s
health care, including medication monitoring and
special diets, etc. are coordinated in a cohesive manner.

How do I learn if
a family member is appropriate for Arbor Village of Geneva Crossing?
Make an appointment to
visit our Marketing Director to learn more about us.
She will be able to answer many of your personal, detailed
questions.
We perform an assessment of
interested residents to insure there is a good match between our
services and abilities and their needs. Our assessment process
helps us get to know the resident and is essential to our philosophy of care and to the delivery of our
services in the unique environment we create for our residents,
their families, and our staff.
