amount of money to lease an apartment home. Our renewable
apartment leases last for one year, and require a security
deposit equal to one month’s rent at the time of lease signing.

application fee is $100, applicable toward your security

Yes! Your home at
The Highlands
is similar to your current home. If you are recovering
from an illness and need home health care, housekeeping or meals
brought to you, that is okay with us.
Do I get
priority admittance to Arbor Village Assisted Living if I need
it?
Yes!
Residents at The Highlands
are on the priority admittance list for our assisted living
facility.Residents who move from The Highlands
to Arbor Village Assisted Living on a temporary basis keep their
apartment. If a resident wants to move to Arbor Village permanently, your Highlands
lease is terminated at no cost to you.
