Residents moving into The
Terraces are not required to deposit or invest a large amount of
money to lease an apartment home. Our renewable apartment
leases last for one year, and require a security deposit equal to
one month’s rent at the time of lease signing.
The Terraces offers an outstanding lifestyle and value at
affordable monthly lease rates. Unit rent varies based on
size and amenities in your apartment home. Some units are
available at discounted rent for seniors who meet certain income
qualifications. Contact the on-site office for details.
If we have an apartment home available, our lease
application fee is $100, applicable toward your security
deposit. Signing up for our waiting list, at no cost to you, is
a good way to get in line for the apartment you desire if we

about if I have a temporary or more permanent health change, can
I continue to live at The Terraces?
Yes! Your home at
The Terraces is similar to your current home. If you are
recovering from an illness and need home health care,
housekeeping or meals brought to you, that is okay
with us.
Do I get
priority admittance to Arbor Village Assisted Living if I need
it?
Yes!
Residents at The Terraces are on the priority admittance list
for our assisted living facility.Residents who move from the Terraces to Arbor Village Assisted
Living on a temporary basis keep their apartment. If a
resident wants to move to Arbor Village permanently, your
Terraces lease is terminated at no cost to you.
